More BrainPOP!

A week or two back I posted on BrainPOP.  BrainPOP creates animated, curriculum-based content that engages students, supports teachers, and bolsters achievement.  If you have not looked into BrainPOP then you should definitely do so.  Some teachers, particularly in the lower Primary, may have felt that BrainPOP was a little advanced for some of the Foundation Stage, Year 1's and 2's.  So here's what the BrainPOP people have come up with ...

BrainPOP Jr is a resource that you can use immediately.  Just look at the daily movies and quizzes if nothing else!  To be able to use some aspects of the BrainPOP websites you do have to subscribe. The subscription is very reasonable for what you get and there is a good trial that you can sign up for first.

BrainPOP haven't stopped at these two excellent websites ... you can also now find BrainPOP Francais, BrainPOP Español, BrainPOP China .... all are outstanding.
Here is the latest BrainPOP website that is going to make a great impact ...

As a teacher,  English as a second language is never far away and we all are confronted with aspects of it in our day to day teaching.  However, ESL teaching is useful beyond English being a second language.  Use BrainPOP ESL this to differentiate your teaching particularly with students who might be struggling.
