Rahab sent me this GREAT website. www.oxfordschoolimprovement.co.uk  One aspect of this website is an excellent resource for GUIDED READING - in brilliant! NOTE THIS!  You select reading material by SERIES, BOOKBAND, BOOK TYPE and AGE GROUP. However the website has much much more to it, dealing with such things as:

• Phonics
• Boy's Achievement
• Maths
• Writing
• Reading 
• Parental Engagement

There are EXCELLENT VIDEOS on key issues by leading educators - Ruth MISKIN, Sue PALMER, Ros WILSON, Pie CORBETT and Gary WILSON. Add these to your PLN (Personal Learning Network). Here is an example - Sue Palmer talks about 21st Century Children - Language, Literacy and Learning.
